  • John Veilleux

    John Veilleux serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Land Rotor Corporation, with primary responsibility for corporate governance, fiduciary oversight, and long-term enterprise value creation. In this capacity, he leads the Board of Directors, sets strategic direction, and ensures disciplined execution across all corporate, financial, and operational functions of the company.

    As Chairman, Veilleux oversees board governance, committee structure, and compliance with applicable regulatory and fiduciary standards. He is responsible for aligning management priorities with shareholder interests, maintaining transparency in reporting, and ensuring that strategic decisions are evaluated through a risk-adjusted, capital-efficient framework. He works closely with directors to manage enterprise risk, capital allocation, and long-range planning.

    As Chief Executive Officer, Veilleux directs corporate strategy, capital formation, senior executive leadership, and external stakeholder engagement, including regulatory bodies, strategic partners, and investors. He retains executive accountability for the technical, operational, and safety integrity of Land Rotor’s advanced air-mobility programs, with particular focus on regulatory readiness, certification pathways, and scalable commercialization.

    Veilleux brings substantial aviation and operational expertise to his governance role. He is a certified fixed-wing Private Pilot (Single Engine Land) with formal training across helicopter and multirotor platforms. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial unmanned aviation, including early operations under FAA Part 333 exemptions, and previously served as an FAA Safety Team Representative supporting unmanned aircraft systems and operational safety initiatives.

    Prior to founding Land Rotor Corporation, Veilleux led and scaled multiple aviation and technology ventures, including MaineUAV and FireDroneUSA. These companies operated at the forefront of early commercial drone adoption and provided practical experience in regulatory navigation, operational deployment, and technology commercialization. This foundation directly informs his governance approach at Land Rotor, emphasizing disciplined execution, regulatory alignment, and long-term value creation in next-generation aviation.

    Dan Quoc Pham, P.E.

    Principal Engineer / Managing Partner / Airboss

    Dan is a multi-disciplinary expert and consultant in the development, planning and deployment of aerial based platforms. A Licensed Professional having a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and 30yr career in Civil Engineering. His accolades include aviation design, remote piloting, training, simulations, weapons and robotics design, and he was also an early Part 333 exemption holder with over a 1000 hours of piloting experience in scale rotor-wing, fixed-wing and multi-rotor aircraft, as well as design and testing fixed-wing and multi-rotor platforms.

    Dan has been instrumental in manufacturing to support the development of products across multiple industries including Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Theme Park Entertainment / Cinema, Law enforcement, and Airworthiness Equipment Certifications.

    His capabilities include expert software development, automation coding, 3D designs and FDM and Resin printing.

    Ansel Misfeldt

    Aircraft Designer

    Ansel brings a decade of knowledge and experience in the drone industry and loves designing products that focus on safety while pushing the envelope for performance.

    He has personally led the development of nine unique aircraft – including “passenger drones” and he has personally piloted several of these manned flights across hundreds of hours spanning in four countries throughout the world.

    When it comes to engineering safe and affordable personal air vehicles, Ansel is very passionate and proficient in his depth of knowledge.

    Ansel’s gifted attributes and technical expertise bring together the innovative aircraft designs at Land Rotor Corporation.

    Jon James

    Director of Media

    Jon is a 45 year broadcasting veteran from Maine, having done morning drive radio shows for more than 32 of those years.

    His radio/tv and sales experience has put him in a place where he was able to expand his radio career (still active) into voice overs, video (shooting, hosting, editing), drone photography/videography (with an active part 107 authorization) and virtual 360 degree interactive tours
    (both ground and aerial.)

    A top-notch audio editor, Jon has been put to the test many times making fine cuts for audio for broadcast radio stations.

    He lives In Maine with his wife, and they are blessed to have two children and six grandchildren.

    João Ruben Sammarco Oliveira

    Creative Designer

    João brings incredible creativity and art direction in the design of Land Rotor personal air vehicles, having worked in the automotive industry as a car designer since 2013. His credits include experience with Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz.

    João’s gifts and talent are a great asset to the team at Land Rotor, as we innovate luxurious style with unique designs that connect safety, quality, and esthetic appeal for our customers.

    Tracey Grant

    Administrative Assistant

    Tracey’s appreciation for aviation came from her long-time association with Land Rotor Founder and CEO John Veilleux.

    She worked with John in developing a successful photography and videography business in Maine that included using drones, and promoting the acceptance of drones used for commercial purposes throughout the state.

    After a 35-year career in broadcasting at Townsquare Media in Central Maine, Tracey headed to warmer weather in Central Florida where she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their granddaughter.
